Advice and Guidance Qualifications (QCF) Level 3 and Level 4

These qualifications are perfect for those whose job involves helping others - working directly with clients, providing advice, disseminating information and offering guidance. 

The training involved can help you develop your skills, support client engagement and progress at work.  You'll cover topics from managing referrals to supporting a range of client groups and accessing external agencies.

By taking part in the programme, you will benefit by ensuring you have the skills and knowledge required to meet your clients' complex needs, as well as helping you to become recognised as an industry professional and further your career in this sector.

Programme Overview

To be eligible for taking part in the award, candidates need to be involved with a client base in an advice and guidance role.

The programme is completed through attendance at a one day workshop in addition to assessments within your setting.  Participants will be allocated an assessor who will work with them on a one to one basis, carrying out workplace assessment and building a portfolio for final presentation. Assessments of the qualification are carried out using digital methods and live workplace assessment which reduces the volume of written work for the learner.
