Steps2Success is a programme designed to support local people into lasting employment. People 1st deliver this programme in West Belfast and Lisburn areas in conjunction with the local Jobs & Benefits offices.
The Community Family Support Programme offers a range of support to the whole family. It will help you to overcome any barriers in the family home in order to return to education, training or employment.

The LEMIS + Project is a person centred, flexible programme that supports unemployed and economically inactive people to overcome issues that may be preventing them from finding a job. 118 clients were successfully supported back into employment last year alone!
People 1st are working in partnership with Belfast City Council to deliver Employment Academies, providing individuals with specialist training who may not have the necessary experience or qualifications vital for employment.
