Course Description

It is the act of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met. Our training programme will help you to develop and enhance all of the skills necessary to ensure you are performing your job to the highest standard and hopefully improve your knowledge and competencies to allow for career progression.

 

We offer the Customer Service Programme at  Level 2 and Level 3 depending on student prior qualifications.

ICQ Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service            45 credits

To achieve this qualification, learners must complete a minimum of 45 credits: 19 credits from Mandatory units listed below and 26 credits from optional units
