With 20 places on offer, the new Agrifood Programme includes:
Bespoke training for a range of roles and career pathways; from food preparation and production to team leading, driving, farm working and more.
One-to-one mentoring support, job matching, CV, and interview support.
Industry site visits, career taster opportunities and the chance to hear from local employers and people working in the sector.
Individual personal assessment and development plan tailored with support you need including Level 2 Award in Food Safety and Hygiene and Manual Handling.
Eligible applicants must:
live in the borough of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon
be unemployed, working 16 hours a week or less, or at risk of redundancy
be interested in exploring a career within the agrifood sector.
