Covid Update September 2020

03 Sep 2020

Dear Clients & Learners

I hope you are keeping well and coping with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. As easing of the lock-down continues, we are writing to give you a brief update on how People 1st are making the transition from our workforce working remotely, to getting back into the office and welcoming back clients and learners.

Whilst we continue to focus on maintaining an uninterrupted service, and protecting the safety of our clients, learners and staff, we are pleased to say that we will be reopening our centres in September 2020, albeit with a limited number of staff and learners in at any one time. Roughly half of our staff will continue to work from home on a rota basis, during this initial phase. This staggered approach will allow us to maintain social distancing in the workplace, thereby providing a safe environment for our staff and learners to return.

We will continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation, and we will of course follow all updated guidance. As things move very quickly, please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you again in the future when lockdown recommendations have been lifted further.

We will keep you updated, but in the meantime, if you have any concerns, or wish to raise any questions regarding our Covid-19 response, or the support we can provide to you, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
