Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability of individuals to recognise their own and others’ emotions, discriminate between different feelings and label them appropriately, and to use emotional information to guide thinking and behaviour.  EI also develops the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions.
This half day programme aims to introduce candidates EI and develop their understanding.  In additional candidates will learn how to identify and improve their level of EI for a better understanding of self, as well as sense the emotions of others. By developing EI one can become more productive and successful and help others to do the same.

During this session, candidates will gain an insight into:

  • What is EI and why is it important?
  • How to lead with emotional intelligence
  • The language used to develop EI Communication
  • Explore and examine their current level of EI through exercise and group work
  • How to cultivate EI in the workplace     

Cost: £60 + VAT per person
