Course Description
The Certificate in Information, Advice and Guidance is a qualification which gives you the knowledge you will need to work in a variety of roles where you provide information, advice and guidance. You will develop interaction skills for information, advice or guidance, and information advice or guidance in context and skills for advice providers.

Duration
12 - 24 months depending on course and individual circumstances
Assessment
Oral and written unit assessments through student portfolio with practical vocational observation by a qualified Assessor; Witness Testimonies and Professional Discussion.
Entry Requirements
18 – 24 years old working 21 hrs or above in a relevant job role
All aged groups, must be employed or working voluntary in a relevant job role
Progression Routes
Students can progress to Level 3.
