ICQ Level 3 Advice And Guidance
Course Description
This qualification is aimed at people who work directly with clients, disseminating information, advice and some level of guidance.
Mandatory Units
Enable Clients to Gain Access to the Service
Identify the Requirements of the Client
Provide Information to Clients
Evaluate and Develop Own Contribution to the Service
Duration
12 - 24 months depending on course and individual circumstances
Assessment
Oral and written unit assessments through student portfolio with practical vocational observation by a qualified Assessor; Witness Testimonies and Professional Discussion.
Entry Requirements
18 – 24 years old working 21 hrs or above in a relevant job role
All aged groups, must be employed or working voluntary in a relevant job role
