Time Management and Personal Effectiveness:
This course aims to instruct delegates on the key principles of time management and help them recognise personal tendencies and habits that may help or prevent them from applying the theory effectively.
As the work that we do to maintain our place in industry changes rapidly, the need for us to work at the peak of our effectiveness has increased. This programme will help you understand your own personal working styles an d how it impacts on the time you have and on others. We will investigate ways to improve your professional and personal potential by making positive changes and developing and managing your time, and ultimately, yourself better.

Performance Management and Capability Assessment:
This course explores professional supervision, the appraisal system and how they can benefit the working environment. The aim will be to assist participants recognise positive supervision and development opportunities. Participants will be given the tools to positively challenge staff in relation to how they should develop going forward.
