Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
This qualification is aimed at anyone who is passionate about helping young people to reach their academic potential. and provides the knowledge and skills required to meet the support needs of primary, secondary and special needs schools.
The qualification is suitable for those already working in learner support staff in schools or who want to undertake a placement in a suitable school environment.

Candidates are required to attend master classes which focus on best practice in the sector, these are weekly. Participants are each allocated an assessor who support them on a one-to-one basis to focus on areas of development and to achieve the award. Our assessors use digital assessment methods which will reduce the volume of written work and ensures confidentiality throughout the process as no paperwork has to leave the workplace
