You could progress in a variety of roles such as warehouse operative, supervisor, stock controller, stores assistant, packing operative, transport scheduler. There may be opportunities for a warehouse worker to progress to team leader, supervisor and warehouse manager. There may be openings for warehouse managers in more senior positions, although promotion to such positions may involve moving to a different company.
