I feel we have developed a wonderful relationship with the People 1^st team who have been approachable, informative, motivating, helpful and caring. Regular emails keep our organisation apprised of training courses that are available and we have availed of; Child Protection and Designated Officer training, Paediatric First Aid, Super Supervisor and Managing a Team courses as well as Level 3 and 5 Health and Social Care, Childcare Learning and Development and Playwork.

I left school feeling so de-motivated and a failure and People 1st has shown me I could succeed.
I have been encouraged from day one and their support and belief in me has
built my self-confidence. I am now leaving with all my qualifications 
and a Level 2 NVQ in Hairdressing, along with a job.
If it’s the best training you want, and people that really care, then People 1st is the place to go.

We have been working alongside People 1st for a number of years now, on their Childcare Apprenticeships programme. We have had phenomenal help and support from People 1st and the apprentices that have come through the programme with them, have been fantastic- they have stayed with us and are all still employed with us.
