The Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles is for anyone who works or wants to work in hospitality and catering; it will give you the underpinning knowledge that can help you get a job in the sector or progress in your career.

- Principles of customer service in Hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism

If you are working a minimum of 21 hours per week in the Hospitality sector, you may be eligible to access this course for free at any age through the All-Age Apprenticeships programme. Conditions apply.
