- Effective teamwork
- Principles of maintaining, handling and cleaning knives
- Food safety in catering
- Principles of preparing cooking and finishing of basic soups
- Principles of preparing cooking and finishing of basic hot sauces
- Principles of completing kitchen documents
- Principles of setting up and closing the kitchen
Delivery & Funding
If you are a school-leaver aged 16-18 and not working full time, you could access this course for free through the Skills for Life and Work programme.
