You could progress to a level 3 qualification, or you could specialise in a particular area of hospitality including food and beverage service, front office, house-keeping and professional cookery where roles include, catering/restaurant manager, commis chef, pastry chef, fast food service assistant, food processing operative, bar person/manager, team leader, hotel manager.
